AC is leaking in the hallway and leaking into walls, her bedroom and her kids bedroom resulting in black mold on the ceiling. Complex advised to spray it with Killz and stated they would send someone to spray it. Son has asthma and allergies which is being triggered by the black mold. Was told a piece has to be ordered for the AC but nothing has been done.
