The project proposes to connect to an existing 6” cast iron water main along East Estelle St, that
ultimately connects to an 8” cast iron water main within Nebraska Ave right-of-way, for both potable
water and fire service. The project is proposing a singular master meter to service all proposed uses
onsite, as well as a singular 6” fire service. An irrigation meter will be proposed via saddle tap off the
domestic connection. Four 8” PVC gravity sewer connections are proposed to the existing 8” VCP
gravity sewer main. One connection is proposed to the northwest (E Henderson Ave.), a second to the
southwest (E Estelle St.), a third to the south (E Estelle St.) and a fourth to the east (E Scott St.).
