Property History

7874 Broadway (changed frm. 7870 Broadway Bldg.C) Addressing Team, I am the owner of a commercial property in San Antonio that is currently recorded as 7870 Broadway, Building C. There is an address discrepancy that I would like to have officially verified. The property is currently listed as follows: • Deed/Title: 7870 Broadway, Building C • Bexar County Appraisal District (BCAD): 7870 Broadway • 911: 7874 Broadway • CPS Energy: 7874 Broadway • SAWS: 7874 Broadway • Google Maps: 7874 Broadway Because 911 and the utility providers are using 7874 Broadway, I would like to request official verification of the City's assigned address for this building. Specifically, could you please confirm whether 7874 Broadway is the official City of San Antonio address/911 address for the building currently identified on the deed and BCAD records as 7870 Broadway, Building C? If 7874 Broadway is the City's official address, I would also appreciate written verification that I can provide to BCAD and other agencies to have their situs/property address records updated accordingly. I have attached the completed Request for Address Assignment/Verification form, along with my deed. Please let me know if you need any additional documentation to complete the verification. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Katie Kohutek, 210-383-7046
