Reason for TCO request: Rreal Tacos Tampa LLC requests a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the restaurant tenant space at 808 N Franklin St, Suites 812/814 (work location 202-3412), permitted under parent record BLD-26-0522653 (Alt. Level 2 interior renovation, 309 sq ft, A-2 Assembly). Specific location to be occupied: the interior tenant space only (dining area, kitchen and back of house within Suites 812/814). No exterior or right-of-way area is included. Purpose: staff training, equipment and inventory stocking and set-up, and to allow the Florida DBPR food service opening inspection to be scheduled. Current inspection status, for the reviewer's information: FIRE-Final on sprinkler permit BTR-26-0626335 was Approved 08/21/2026 by Inspector Kriz. The FIRE-Final on parent record BLD-26-0522653 was disapproved 08/18/2026 pending (1) the sprinkler final, now approved, and (2) MEP inspections documented in Accela. The building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing finals on the parent record are being scheduled and are not yet resulted. This application is filed so the TCO review and associated Fire and Building inspection can proceed alongside those finals; we understand the TCO will not be issued until the required finals are at least partially approved and all conditions and holds are released.
