Laurel oak tree 40" DBH, damaged by construction activities, many of the roots on the South side of the trunk have been broken by excavation and the tree appears to have shifted to the North. Unsure if it's from the storm 2 years ago or recent activity. Tree is unstable.

There is an active Residential New Construction Permit record on file for the construction of a "New 1-Story Single-Family Residence" (BLD-26-0524747) that was submitted to the City of Tampa and is currently permitted for construction as of 07/14/2026. Therefore, your tree removal request cannot be accepted at this time under this record type.
Any tree pruning/removal request on a Vacant Lot must be included in the active residential record (BLD-26-0524747) submitted to the City of Tampa. If the trees in question were not placed in the original records submission, then a "Site-Revision" to that record will need to be created with the desired tree removals requested.
