320 WEST PEACHTREE ST NW -- The proposed project simply entails providing vehicular access from the public right way along West Peachtree Street to an existing parking lot via a new City of Atlanta standard curb cut and driveway. The existing lot currently does not have any access from the public street. The only access is through adjacent private property.
Therefore, the project team respectfully requests approval to construct this needed driveway and apron.
