The proposed project was recently condo platted and includes remodeling the second floor of the TRBO Medical Center into office space. The subject site currently shares a meter with the neighboring property at 12210 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa FL 33612. The proposed project includes a new service line and meter for the recently platted building. The sanitary service for the building is existing and will remain.
