Illegal activity -- Illegal destruction of 37" Water Oak. Over 50" of the canopy was removed. Illegal removal of 30" Water Oak. Both trees were located in the rear right side. A permit application was submitted, but Don's Tree Service was removing the trees at the time of inspection, and an inspection could not be completed. There was no apparent emergency tree removal needed. Voice mail, text message correspondence, and verbal communication with the crew happened, but work continued. The trees were cut before the DDH inspection could be completed and before permit issuance.
