1. Request a Certificate of Appropriateness for the installation of one canopy sign, one blade sign, one wall sign, and two decorative wall panels with ornamental floral reliefs flanking the entrance along 8th Street.
2. Request the following waivers from the Downtown Urban Design Standards and Guidelines:
a) A waiver from the allocation of sign area standards to allow for a 20.63 square foot ground floor wall and blade signs which exceed the maximum allowable area of 6.53 square feet.
b) A waiver from the canopy sign standards to allow a sign that extends beyond the canopy width.
