Construction of eight new attached residential townhome units at 4301–4315 Har Paul Circle, Lots 1–8, Block 6, Manhattan-Humphrey Townhomes. The existing development contains 78 occupied units served by an existing City of Tampa 1-1/2-inch domestic master meter. Upon completion, the development will contain 86 units. The eight proposed units will connect to the existing community domestic water and sanitary sewer systems. No new domestic meter is requested. No domestic booster pump is proposed. No private fire service is proposed. Existing irrigation is served separately from the domestic meter. This application is being submitted for City review of the additional domestic water demand and existing master-meter capacity for the eight-unit phase.
