Building 1400: selective removal and replacement of deteriorated structural wall components damaged by prolonged moisture intrusion and deterioration.
Replacement components shall be installed on an in-kind basis and shall match the existing member size, material type, framing configuration, sheathing thickness, connection type, and structural load path unless otherwise noted. No modification to the existing building footprint, occupancy classification, wall geometry, opening configuration, architectural appearance, floor elevations, roof framing geometry, or primary structural system is included within this scope.
Existing gravity and lateral load paths associated with the wall framing system shall remain unchanged unless specifically noted otherwise.
