Property Maintenance -- 7/28/26- It is still completely un-maintained. The yard is always overgrown. My neighbor found human feces on the corner of the lot when he went to trim the weeds, since no one else is doing it. The building is falling apart. The garbage and recycling bins are always on the sidewalk and constantly overflowing.
