MAA Gardens repipe, building 400 -- MAA Gardens Repipe Building 400. Replace the water lines for all units in the building, 24 units in total. These units are in a stack on top of each other with the same floor plan. We are replacing only the CPVC sections with Pex A. Part of the sections have already been replaced with Pex B and we are going to be connecting there all the way to each fixture. The same holes and paths will be used for the new piping.

Highly Hazardous -- mold in home in the bathroom and washer room when she advised her leasing agents of this issue they ignored her then eventually began to remove the walls to fix the walls are starting to turn black again she now has a open wall in her shower and its starting to leak from up there.
