Commercial Demolition – 632 Peeples St SW -- Complete demolition and removal of the existing fire-damaged, two-story residential structure located at 632 Peeples St SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. Work includes removal of the above-ground building structure, roof, siding, interior materials, porch, steps, wood deck, designated concrete walkway, and associated demolition debris.
The existing foundation and concrete slab will remain intact and be protected throughout demolition. Existing site features designated to remain will also be protected. All demolition debris will be removed and properly disposed of at an approved facility.
Upon completion, disturbed areas will be rough graded as necessary to maintain positive drainage and stabilized in accordance with applicable City of Atlanta requirements.
Asbestos bulk material testing was completed under Eurofins Laboratory Code 772561-1. No asbestos was detected in the six samples analyzed.
All work will be performed in accordance with the approved demolition plans, applicable safety regulations, and City of Atlanta requirements.
