A portion of the rock area at the front of the site shall be removed. The existing stone walls on the side of the property shall remain except a 32 foot long portion at the front left that is in an area where a future garage shall be built under a separate permit. There is no land disturbance proposed with any stream buffers or MRPA vulnerability areas. No trees to be removed during demolition. Temporary erosion control BMPs shall be installed prior to demolition and properly maintained throughout the life of the project. All existing utility service line taps shall be reused where possible.
