The CIP concrete headwall drain outlet elevation was revised to match the approved plans. Per Sheet RW3, the Top of Wall elevation was established at 29.00', and the retaining wall block was continued over the CIP concrete headwall as required to maintain the intended retaining wall and drainage outlet configuration.
Additionally, #57 stone was provided a minimum of 1.0' behind the headwall, extending to the top of block/headwall as indicated in the approved detail.
