Due to eminent domain along the east side of the property that expanded State Road 60 right-of-way, The property owner must relocate multiple site utility facilities and re-configure the easternmost surface parking lot. Approved under SPR-25-0003010.
Due to delays in FDOT SR60 Widening project, the owner requests approval to defer construction of the proposed FDOT Type F concrete Curb landscape buffer, trees, and associated irrigation along the eastern property boundary.
These improvements will be completed in coordination with the FDOT's future construction activities anticipated within approximately 2 years. The proposed deferral will allow the existing parking area to remain operational until impacted by FDOT construction, minimize unnecessary demo and potential damage to newly installed improvements and provide more suitable conditions for the long term establishment of the proposed landscaping.
