Burpo Loft -- Plumbing scope for condo unit remodel. Will be relocating existing water heater to a new mechanical room. Will be relocating existing laundry to same mech room. Will be relocating one bathroom to a new location. New fixtures and appliances, including relocated ones, will be : one water heater, one water closet, one shower, two washing machines, two lavatories.
