After-the-fact Residential Miscellaneous permit for a driveway addition adjacent to the existing driveway, constructed without a permit. The prior permit expired and a Stop Work Order was issued; this submittal is to reinstate and close out the permit. All three review comments have been addressed: the submittal complies with CMP-23-0020336, the site plan shows all dimensions of the completed work including flare and apron details, and all trees within 20 feet of the work area are labeled with location, size, and species. The work is complete and we are requesting a final inspection to release the Stop Work Order and close the permit.
