A previous demo was completed at this location (BDE-26-0445684). After completion of the demo the property sits lower than the property next door also owned by Mr. McDowell. Located at 4214 W Kensington. Fill dirt and grading will need to be added to assist with proper drainage to the storm water drains located on the south side of the property. No structure will be added to 3605 thatcher at this time. Simply requesting a Misc. permit to level and add new sod and landscape. One live oak measuring 28" DBH is present on the property and as an ISA Certified Arborist - FL 9650A, we will install proper TPZ (tree protection zone) barrier to protect the critical root zone.
