Property Maintenance -- Neighbor is continually parking vehicles on the grass/dirt right-of-way in front of their property (city property). The heavy vehicle traffic has destroyed the turf and created deep, muddy ruts and holes directly in front of the fence line, causing a public eyesore, drainage hazard, and ongoing erosion on city property.
