Allgeyer fence (RES) -- 1. Standard 4-Foot Picket Fencing (Segments B, C, F, G, H, I, K, M)
Height & Style: 4-foot finish height, Gothic-style picket fence.
Materials: 1"x4" Pressure Treated (PT) Pine pickets, 4"x4" PT Pine posts, and two 2"x4" PT Pine rails.
Design: Side-by-side pickets with a 2.5" gap. Some segments are built to accommodate low slopes (parallel top and bottom).
Labor: Includes demolition and haul-away of the existing fence.
2. 6-Foot Privacy Panel Fencing (Segment E)
Height & Style: 6-foot finish height, solid privacy panel.
Materials: 1"x6" PT Pine pickets, 4"x4" PT Pine posts, and two 2"x4" PT Pine rails.
Design: Side-by-side pickets (no gap). This premium section includes a top and bottom 1"x4" fascia, a 1"x4" Cap Rail, and a 6" Kick Board at the bottom.
Labor: Includes demolition and haul-away.
3. 4-Foot Dog Ear Cedar Fencing (Segment L)
Height & Style: 4-foot finish height, Dog Ear style "Nail Up" fence.
Materials: 1"x6" Cedar pickets (unlike the pine used elsewhere), 4"x4" PT Pine posts, and two 2"x4" PT Pine rails.
Design: Side-by-side pickets. This specific segment is customized for an "Extreme Slope" (parallel top and bottom to match the terrain).
Labor: Includes demolition and haul-away.
4. Wood Single Gates (Segments A, D, J)
Dimensions: 4 feet wide by 4 feet high.
Materials: PT Pine Z-Frame construction with Gothic 1"x4" PT Pine pickets to match the standard 4-foot fence lines.
Hardware & Operation: Standard latch, long decorative hinges, and designed to open outward (left direction).
