After the fact tree removal record to resolve the Compliance Violation noted under CMP-26-0008838
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of ~26" live oak front of property, ~7" weeping bottlebrush right side of property, and ~32” Laurel oak rear of property, the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $477 AND plant (5) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (10) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree. Per 27-287.25 (e)
