After the fact tree removal record to resolve the Compliance Violation noted under CMP-26-0008841
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of ~32” Live oak front of property, ~12" live oak left side of property, (3) Sabal palms rear of property, the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $477 AND plant (7) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (20) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree. Per 27-287.25 (e)
