Oak tree, had a large limb snap off, during storm.

This lot is currently listed to as "Vacant" with Hillsborough Property Appraisers based on the completed Residential Demolition Permit (BDE-25-0444779) and there isn't a contradictory completed Residential New Construction permit on record at this address therefore your tree request cannot be accepted at this time under this record type.
Any tree removal request at this address will need to be included in the Residential New Construction and Addition Permit record submitted to the City of Tampa. If the trees in question are not placed in the Site Plan submission, then a "Revision" to that record will need to be created before permission is granted under the New Construction permit.
