SR# 26-00036765: "I investigated a concern at this property regarding a dilapidated dock that was referred to EPC from Port Tampa Bay. I found that the dock is in serious disrepair and is likely to collapse during a large storm. The structural stability of the dock is not within EPC's jurisdiction. The landowners would not need authorization from EPC to remove the dock, but we cannot force them to remove it. Could someone from your office look into this structure and see if there is something you all can do? Please give me a call or send me an email with your findings either way.
