After the fact record to resolve the Compliance Violation under CMP-26-0005661 SCOPE OF VIOLATION: For the pruning of an off-site ~20" laurel oak rear right of property and the removal of (3) Sabal palms 6'ct rear of property, 22" laurel oak left side of property and 23" laurel oak front right of property, the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $372 AND plant (5) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (9) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree.
