Property Maintenance -- Exterior Structural Damage - Failing retaining wall / active structural hazard. The concrete masonry block wall is severely deteriorated and is actively leaning/collapsing. Sections of the wall have already collapsed, and the wall has caused damage to vehicles. The remaining wall and retained soil continue to encroach into the driveway to the point that we cannot safely access the driveway by vehicle. We are concerned that additional portions of the retaining wall and/or retained soil may collapse into the driveway. Please inspect this as an unsafe structure as soon as possible.
