1196 Baylor ST NW / New Construction - (RES) -- To complete work on a single family home that was initial started under permit BB-202409031. We are changing the contractor; but will continue construction of the same home which at this point has already had its foundations poured, walls framed and all MEP's installed. The inspections have been passed up to insulation and temp power. At this point we will complete the remaining work using the same MEP vendors that already roughed the house. Please note that the Parcel number in the GIS showing the property as 17 01890003201 while accela has it as 17 01890003155. I share this so there is no confusion. Also I share that we are the owners of the property by way of foreclosure as the tax records have not yet updated this, I have attached the filing in the superior court to change ownership with the deed under power as recorded.
