Property History

Remodel of existing space for new tenant including new interior layout with performance area, new bar, and expanded accessible restrooms. A new ADA compliant entrance with ramp and steps will be cut into the existing Main Street facade with a new lighted awning. An existing opening will be infilled with glass for a new window. Metal cladding and lighting will be applied to the existing tilt-panel walls around the new entrance to enhance the aesthetics. The exterior will be painted all around and new signage will be installed. Existing openings on the rear facade (west) will be infilled with new glass doors oriented to new outdoor seating areas and the other existing distillery building on Galveston Ave.  The interior will be extensively remodeled to accommodate the new performance space with updated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems throughout and new fire sprinklers.
