Revision submitted to add exterior siding replacement at Building 3 for Waterside I Condominium Association. The approved scope for this record currently states "We will NOT replace the existing siding with vinyl siding." That exclusion was accurate when the application was filed; the association's board has since approved siding replacement for all Waterside I buildings. This revision strikes that sentence and replaces it with "We will replace the existing siding with vinyl siding." Scope includes removal of the existing siding and installation of new vinyl siding, like-for-like over the existing framing and sheathing, with replacement in kind of any deteriorated sheathing found during removal, and no change to structure, openings, or wall assembly. This is the same scope approved under BLD-26-0520816 (Building 31) and BLD-26-0520819 (Building 33). The balance of the approved scope is unchanged.
