Highly Hazardous -- 9/4/26- *** unit 105*** Property management at 788 W. Marietta St NW is unable to clean up falling pet feces from tenant and the unit 505 balcony. Building management is aware of the tenant discarding pet feces of her balcony and onto unit 105 patio. The current state is pet specifically dog feces, covering the patio of 105 as a fault of tenant and 505. This has been ongoing for months. Currently there is did feces from multiple dogs in unit 505 and the feces has been discarded on the patio of 105 also covering water drain at the present time. It has been there over 3 days with no clean up
