SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
Per Sec. 27-287.25 (e), for the effective removal of [(1) Grand Laurel Oak], the property owner must obtain a non-hazardous grand tree permit with a triple permit fee of [$1906.50], and remove damaged Live Oak, and plant (3) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (16) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees or pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree.
