Due to the location of the installed TECO transformer and associated sight visibility concerns, the previously approved pedestrian crosswalk along the internal drive is proposed to be relocated. The revised crossing will be located adjacent to the existing accessible parking area and will include the elimination of one parking space, revised pavement markings, removal of a portion of the existing sidewalk, and construction of a new curb ramp. The revised parking count remains compliant with the minimum parking requirements.
